Booking PyhäLinna -apartments is very easy: choose the start day and the length of your preferred stay in the calendar. By paying immediately you save the billing fee of 12 euros. You can also make a booking request or ask for a traditional bill.
In this apartment type there are only a limited number of pet rooms available. If you wish to reserve a pet room, please inform us about it in the additional information field found in the booking form. In case there is no pet room available in the accommodation type you booked, we will provide you with other options.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SKI-INN APARTMENTS AND ROOMS
These booking terms and conditions are applicable to the following accommodation types provided by Rukakeskus Oy and Pyhätunturi Oy: RukaSuites, AurinkoRinne, MastonAitio, RukaVillage, RukaValley, RukaTonttu, PyhäSuites, PyhäLinna, Hotel Pyhätunturi and HolySuites.
These terms and conditions will apply to SKI-INN accommodation bookings once a booking is made by a customer to an accommodation object.
The booking is binding as soon as the service provider has issued a booking confirmation to the customer.
If the booking is made no later than 7 weeks (49 days) prior to the booked accommodation period, a prepayment amounting to 1/3 of the total accommodation fee + a handling charge of 12€ will be charged from the customer. The due date for prepayment & handling charge will be in 2 weeks (14 days) from the day the booking is made.
The final payment has to be made no later than 4 weeks (28 days) prior to the beginning of the booking period.
For online reservations the handling fee will be 0 € if the total accommodation fee is paid in connection with the reservation. The handling fee for online booking will be 6 € if a prepayment is made in connection with the reservation and a final payment is invoiced later. If the total accommodation fee is paid with invoice, the handling fee will be 12 €.
Late bookings: If the booking is made less than 7 weeks but no later than 4 weeks prior to the booking period, the total accommodation fee will be invoiced as a single charge (including prepayment and final payment). The due date of the accommodation invoice will be 4 weeks prior to the start of the booking period.
Last minute bookings: If the booking is made 4 weeks prior to the start of the booking period or later, all the accommodation charges will be invoiced at once and has to be paid without delay. A last-minute booking will be binding once the booking has been made.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON BOOKING CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
Changes to accommodation bookings can be made on the following terms: Booking changes can be made without any charge until the due date of the prepayment. After this if changes are made no later than one week (7 days) prior to the booking period: any changes to a corresponding period or an accommodation with equal price are free of charge. If a change is made for a more expensive period or accommodation type, the customer shall pay an extra fee amounting to the difference in price. If, however, the change is made for a more inexpensive period of time or accommodation type, the price difference shall not be returned to the customer. Changes to the accommodation period are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the point of time of the original booking.
Cancellations shall always be made in written to the service provider. Ignoring the payment of the invoice is not regarded as a valid measure for cancelling a reservation.
A booking can be cancelled without any charges any time before the due date of the prepayment. Bookings that are invoiced as a single charge can be cancelled before the due date without any charges.
If a booking is cancelled on the due date of the prepayment invoice or less than 4 weeks prior to the start of the booked accommodation period, the service provider has the right to withhold the prepayment (1/3 of booking total value) and the handling charge.
If the cancellation is made less than 4 weeks prior to the booked accommodation period or during the accommodation period, the total fee will be charged (100 % accommodation fee) and the already paid charges will be withheld by the service provider.
If the cancellation is made prior to the start of the booking period due to a severe illness or death of the customer or their close relatives, the booking fee excluding a cancellation fee of 46€ will be returned to the customer. A medical certificate or another reliable proof will have to be presented within 2 weeks from the cancellation.
The person making the booking has to be 18 years or older. Minors using the accommodation on their own without their parents or carers will have to provide a written consent given by their parents or carers, which is to be submitted to the service provided prior to the start of the booking period.
Minimum booking periods: During the winter season (October-April) the minimum booking period is two (2) days. During public holidays minimum booking period might be different. In summer (May - September) the minimum booking period is most of the time one (1) day.
CANCELLATION RIGHT OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER
In case of force majeure the service provider has the right to cancel the reservation. In such cases, the full rental fee will be refunded to the customer.

Access to apartments/rooms and services included in accommodation
The apartment/room doors, main access doors and aisle doors are equipped with number coded locks in all the accommodation objects except for HolySuites and the rooms of Hotelli Pyhätunturi, in which normal key locks are used. The keys will be delivered at the reception of the Hotelli Pyhätunturi. The door code and apartment number will be sent to the client's mobile phone as a text message one day before the start of the booked accommodation period.
The Ski-Inn reception in Ruka is located at the reception of Hotel RukaVillage and Hotel RukaValley and at Pyhä it’s located at the reception of Hotel Pyhätunturi. The accommodation price of RukaVillage30, RukaValley28 and Hotel Pyhätunturi rooms includes a breakfast for 1 or 2 persons. The accommodation price does not include ski passes unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation.
The check-in time to apartments/rooms is 18:00 on the day of arrival and the check-out time is 15:00 on the day of departure. RukaVillage and RukaValley rooms/apartments and the rooms at Hotel Pyhätunturi the check-in time is 15:00 on the day of arrival and check-out time is 12:00 on the day of departure. The HolySuites apartments check-in time is 16:00 on the day of arrival and check-out time 12:00 on the day of departure.
Apart from the use of the apartment the rental fee includes bed linen and towels, a basic kitchen set (except for Hotelli Pyhätunturi), use of the ski storage and ski service room and final cleaning. Firewood is also included in apartments with a fireplace. The final cleaning does not include dishwashing or garbage disposal. (Exception: in RukaVillage and RukaValley rooms/apartments garbage disposal is included in the final cleaning and in RukaValley Lux -rooms the dishwashing is also included in the final cleaning.) The apartment guests will be responsible for washing the dishes and arranging them back into the cupboards and emptying the garbage bins before their departure (neglecting these activities will be charged separately afterwards). Extra cleaning fee will be charged afterwards in case of exceptional untidiness in the room/ apartment (minimum charge 1 hour). The fee for jacuzzi use for apartments RukaValley58, RukaVillage70 and RukaVillage88 is 80 €/reservation. You can reserve the jacuzzi with your accommodation booking. The jacuzzi is serviced (including water change) at regular intervals to guarantee a high quality of the pool water. If the jacuzzi is being serviced at the time of your arrival, it will be available for your use on the next day at the latest.

9 people: PyhäLinna93
Smoking is prohibited in all the rooms/apartments. Please contact the accommodation service provider at the time of the booking if you wish to bring along your pet(s) (there are only a limited number of rooms available with pets allowed). There is a limited amount of parking spots with utility pole for car heater nearby most of the Ski-Inn locations. At RukaSuites and RukaVillage, the customers can park their cars in the underground garage (parking fee).
To guarantee fire safety, do not leave any articles in the aisles or public facilities of the hotel. Every apartment has separate ski lockers available on specified location. The apartments are equipped with an automatic fire alarm system, which is directly connected to the district alarm control centre. Smoking including electric cigarettes and using odours in sauna are not allowed. Waxing of skis is only allowed at designated waxing/ski service areas.
Any damage caused to the apartment/room or the facilities by the customer during their stay shall be fully compensated for by the customer. If the customer or their guests cause disturbance or danger to the other dwellers, the service provider or their representative has the right to terminate the accommodation agreement with immediate effect, upon which the customer will have to leave the premises immediately. In case of immediate termination no charges shall be refunded to the customer even if accommodation days remain unused.
Any nuisance alarms and violations of hotel rules by the customer will be separately charged in full concerning the accrued costs including the respective cleaning and reparation costs.
All our customers are advised to respect the peace of other dwellers between 22:00 and 08:00.
Any reclamations or complaints concerning the facilities or equipment of the apartment/room shall be made to the service provider through the reception of Hotel Ruka Village or RukaValley or Hotel Pyhätunturi, respectively, once any flaws or other issues are detected. Complaints made at a later date shall not be considered. All rights to price changes reserved.
THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data of customer is added to the Marketing Register of Rukakeskus Ltd and Pyhätunturi Ltd. Data is used for example: arrival instructions at the destination and other useful information regarding your reservation. You will receive newsletters via email or SMS messages about your bookings, access codes, marketing and communications. Your information will be processed in accordance with above mentioned companies terms of service and you can request the removal of your information at any time. Your information will not be disclosed for any other use.
